These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and DATACRUX INSIGHTS PRIVATE LIMITED (“DataCrux”). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DataCrux provides AI-powered assessments and reports. Access to specific features may depend on the plan you purchase.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Do not submit personal data of others without a lawful basis.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices are shown in INR or USD depending on your region. Applicable taxes are added or included as required by law.

5. AI outputs

AI outputs are generated by third-party models and may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased. You remain solely responsible for decisions you take based on any output. See our AI Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

DataCrux and its licensors own the Service. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process it in order to provide the Service.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. See our Cancellation and Refund policies.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataCrux’s aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered office of DataCrux.
