Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

1. Self-service cancellation

Sign in and open your account dashboard to cancel. Cancellation stops future auto-renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

2. Cancellation by email

You may also email support@datacruxinsights.com from the email address on file. We process email cancellations within 2 business days.

3. After cancellation

  • No further charges are made after the current billing period ends.
  • You retain read-only access to previously generated invoices.
  • Report and assessment history is retained per our Privacy Policy.
