Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with AI Skill Blueprint. This policy explains when refunds are available.

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming period. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period; we do not refund the unused portion of a period except where required by law.

2. Refund eligibility

• Duplicate payment for the same period.
• Charge made after a valid cancellation.
• A verified technical failure that prevented delivery of the AI report you paid for and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.

3. How to request

Email support@datacruxinsights.com within 7 days of the charge with your invoice number and reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.

5. Non-refundable items

Fees for reports already generated and delivered, and any applicable taxes already remitted to the government, are non-refundable where local law permits.
